Can I setup the system in any currency?

You can setup our system in any desired currency you want. Our system can be setup and used in any country.

Which languages are supported?

Currently Woops EMS supports only English. But in future we have our plans to support in several languages.

What are your bandwidth fees?

There are none. All Woops plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can purchase a domain name within Woops EMS, or use an existing one that you own. We can also provide you for a minimum cost.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on an annual and a 20% discount on a biennial plans, when they are paid upfront.

How long are your contracts?

All Woops EMS plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan. If you Sign up for annual or biennial plan you will receive a discount.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Woops EMS isn’t the best ecommerce platform for your business, you can call us or mail us to cancel your account.
